Inside the Nauset Lighthouse in Eastham MA. I've never been inside of a lighthouse before and it was pretty cool! This particular lighthouse replaced the Three Sisters Lighthouses when they had to be moved due to erosion.

Use counter weights & rope I'd say
In power cuts it would work that way
